To ensure the highest quality, all Krush wigs are handmade on the sewing machine. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we prepare your unit specifically for you.
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks, from the time you place your order, to create your wig order. This time frame accounts for the meticulous process of creating your product and ensuring its quality before shipping out to you. We believe in delivering excellence, and this extra time allows us to maintain the exceptional quality you expect.
Shipping Method: We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to conveniently monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your destination.
Wig orders will only be shipped to the addresses listed on the payment method used to purchase the item. We will not ship orders to any other addresses. Please make the necessary arrangements to retrieve your package from the address listed on the payment method used BEFORE placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping times apply AFTER THE MANDATORY 2-3 WEEK PROCESSING TIMES.
Typically, the shipping carriers deliver within 3-7 business days if you choose regular mail via USPS. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or peak holiday periods, may cause slight delays beyond our control. If you choose Priority Mail via USPS, they advertise shipping to be between 1-4 business days. Please note that these are ONLY ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEED. Please be aware that paying extra for faster delivery will not necessarily guarantee USPS will deliver your package within the timeframe they advertise.
Order Tracking: To track your order, simply use the provided tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the carrier’s website and enter the tracking number to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to Canada and the UK. We are not responsible for customs/duty fees and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your purchase.
All orders require an adult signature to ensure your item was safely delivered to the proper location. We are not responsible for orders signed by unauthorized individuals or packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Packages returned to us will incur additional shipping costs if they require redelivery.
Please ensure you, or a responsible adult, is available to secure your package upon time for delivery. Shipping insurance is also available via Route to cover any losses due to stolen, damaged or lost packages.
Lost Stolen Packages: Krush Wigs is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped to you. If you believe that your package has been lost/stolen, you will need to file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification:

In the event that a package is returned to Krush Wigs as undeliverable, we are committed to ensuring a smooth resolution for you. Here’s how we handle such situations:
Address Verification: If your package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, we will promptly reach out to you via email or phone to verify the shipping address. Accurate address information is crucial for successful delivery, and we want to ensure that your order reaches you without any issues.

Refund Option: Should we fail to receive a response regarding address verification within 7 days, a refund will be issued for the total order amount, minus the initial shipping costs. We understand that circumstances can arise, and if we are unable to confirm the correct address, we want to ensure you are promptly refunded for your purchase.
Reshipment Option: Alternatively, if you prefer to have your package reshipped, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note that in such cases, an additional reshipping fee will be required prior to shipping. This fee covers the costs associated with reprocessing and resending your order to the updated and verified address.
